Prof. Dr. Ferdinand Gillmeister |
Prof. Dr. Ferdinand Gillmeister works as a lawyer in Freiburg and is specialist lawyer for criminal law. Furthermore, he is a member of the presidium of the Baden-Württemberg Bar Court at the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court and co-editor of the magazine "StrafverteidigerForum" (StraFo). Since 2015, he has been an honorary member of the German Bar Association’s working group criminal law. Ferdinand Gillmeister has been teaching the subjects Insolvency Criminal Law and Criminal Procedural Law at the Faculty of Law, Business & Economics of the University of Bayreuth (since 2011 as honorary professor).
