Dr. Tobias Schwartz |
Tobias Schwartz studied law at the University of Trier, where he also obtained a doctoral degree in 2008. Since 2009, he has been working as a lawyer and he is specialist lawyer for tax law. Since 2012, he has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Business & Economics of the University of Bayreuth (on a regular basis, esp. a lecture on tax criminal law). His area of activity includes tax and economic criminal law with ocus areas on legal defence of businesses and individuals in all stages of the criminal procedure, advice on company audits and tax investigation audits, auditing and implementation of tax compliance systems, advice on compliance violations, special forensic investigations, advice on reporting of one's own offences (esp. advice to private individuals and credit institutions) as well as expert opinions on tax law and criminal tax law issues.
