Theresa Bächer |
Theresa Bächer studied law at the University of Bayreuth from October 2014 to February 2019 (focus area VI: Business, Medical and Tax Criminal Law). She passed the First Juristic State Exam on 1/10/2019 (day of the oral state examination). As of June 2015, Theresa Bächer was a student assistant at the Chair of Criminal Law III held by Professor Nestler. From April 2016 to February 2017, as well as from October 2018 to February 2019, she was simultaneously employed as a tutor for the General Part of Criminal Law. In March 2019, she started her work as research associate for Professor Nestler. In her dissertation project, Theresa Bächer is investigating the criminal liability of the platform operator on Darknet.

Dr. Stefan Lehner |
Stefan Lehner studied law at the University of Bayreuth from October 2011 to July 2016 (focus area VI: Business, Medical and Tax Criminal Law). In the term 2016/I, he passed the First Juristic State Exam in Bayreuth in free attempt. During his studies, Stefan Lehner worked as a student assistant from March 2013 to September 2013 at the Chair of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedural Law, esp. Economic Criminal Law and Medical Law held by Professor Jäger. As of October 2013, he was a student assistant at the Chair of Criminal Law III held by Professor Nestler. From October 2013 to February 2015, he was simultaneously employed as a tutor for the General Part of Criminal Law. Stefan Lehner participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (International Arbitration and UN Sales Law) for the team of the University of Bayreuth 2013/2014. From September 2016 to March 2019, Stefan Lehner was a research associate for Professor Nestler. Since April 2019, Stefan Lehner has been a law clerk at the OLG district of Bamberg. From April 2019 to April 2020, he was also a research assistant at the Office of the Dean of Studies, where he was responsible for the coordination of key qualification courses, among other things; Since May 2020, Stefan Lehner has again been a research associate for Professor Nestler.

Philipp Prochota |
Philipp Prochota studied law at the University of Bayreuth from October 2014 to March 2020 (focus area IV:Businesses and Taxes). He passed the First Juristic State Exam on 1/23/2020 (day of the oral examination). As of October 2016, Philipp Prochota was a student assistant at the Chair of Criminal Law III held by Professor Nestler. From October 2016 to February 2018, as well as from October 2019 to March 2020, he was simultaneously employed as a tutor for the General Part of Criminal Law. In February 2020, he started his work as research associate for Professor Nestler.
Adrian Schiffner |
Adrian Schiffner studied law at the University of Bayreuth from April 2014 to August 2019 (focus area VI: Business, Medical and Tax Criminal Law). He passed the First Juristic State Exam on 7/19/2019 (day of the oral state examination) in the term 2019/I. As of April 2015, Adrian Schiffner was a student assistant at the Chair of Criminal Law III held by Professor Nestler as well as at the Office of the Dean of Studies - there he was responsible for the coordination of the exam preparation. From October 2015 to July 2017, he was simultaneously employed as a tutor for the General Part of Criminal Law. Since October 2019, he has been a research associate at the chair held by Professor Nestler.
